Pricing – The Personal Care Households

All residents living in the Personal Care Households will pay a basic fee, plus an additional fee based on the amount of personal care and assistance they require.

Prior to moving to a household, a potential resident’s current needs will be determined through use of our ‘services assessment tool’ and a level of service, and resident fee, established. Several weeks after moving into the household, the resident’s needs will once again be assessed and their service fee adjusted, if necessary. Thereafter, on a regular basis (semi -annually, or as need changes indicate) each resident’s service needs will be reassessed and if required, their service fee adjusted.
